There was a time when I thought my story had ended before it even began. I still remember the day I walked out of my polytechnic college-empty - handed, broken inside, and ashamed. The only subject I had passed in my first year was ‘Communication Skill.’ Ironically, the very skill that would later become my strength. But back then, I felt like the biggest failure in my mother’s eyes. She had dreamt of seeing me become an engineer. I had dreamt of making her proud. But all I had were failed attempts and an admission slip that never matured into a diploma. I wandered in silence for years -frustrated, jobless, directionless. Friends moved ahead. Cousins flourished. And I... just kept hiding my truth. Inside, though, a fire was kindling.

The Turning Point Years later, I stood at a dusty bus stop near my home when I saw a child crying, unable to spell a simple English word. His parents had left him at a coaching class that cared little. I sat with him. I taught him, not for fees - but because I wanted to feel useful. That was the spark. I enrolled for English Literature and Social Studies, embracing the very language I had once underestimated. And this time - I soared. I didn’t just pass. I excelled. Today, people know me for the very skill I once considered my weakest -  language. The irony still makes me smile.

Building a Mission, Not a Career Alongside my mother - my first teacher - I started Shree Shiv Samarth Scholars Classes in 1996. Our mission? To prepare students for the State Board Scholarship Exams with not just syllabus knowledge, but samskaras - values. Since then, over 25 of our students have secured top positions. Many still return to touch our feet. That’s success to me. As time moved on, so did the mission. I launched Mission Abhyas Sanskar - a powerful awareness movement for students and parents. We travelled to schools, villages, urban hubs - reminding families that education is not about marks; it’s about mindset.

The Writer Within I began expressing myself through words - poems, articles, essays in Marathi, Hindi, and English. My works have been featured in reputed newspapers like Daily Deshonnati, Lokmat, Matrubhoomi, The Hitavada, and in popular magazines like Amrut, Zep, and Diwali Ank. But nothing humbled me more than the day the legendary Ratnakar Matkari praised my Marathi poem ‘Lachaka Todnyasathi Wakhwakhlele’. That single line of appreciation wiped out years of self-doubt.

Digital Swaraj & The Rise of IEE In 2016, I founded Digital Swaraj - a vision to empower youth to reclaim their intellectual freedom online. Not through distractions - but through direction. Later, in 2023, we launched the Internet Education Empire (IEE) - a dynamic learning ecosystem for the inter NetGeneration. Through online and offline platforms, we’re helping students find meaning, build skills, and unlock their brilliance. And what touches me most? When students say,
"Sir, I joined for grammar… but I stayed for the inspiration."
